The Upcoming Christmas and New Year Holidays

The upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays are coming..
*Yippieee!!!!!*
Have some plans to do and some places to go :)

Well, my sister and I are thinking about visiting some objects of interest around Jakarta:
1. Planetarium
2. Ragunan Zoo
3. The National Museum and others, perhaps
4. Taman Impian Jaya Ancol and around
5. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah
6. .....

Whoaaa, quite a lot of places to head to with quite little time since my sister can only spends 5 days with her boyfriend as the four of us (me and my hubby plus my sister and her boyfriend) are going to spend this holiday together again as what we did in the last Lebaran holiday.
*We had an amazing time, by the way*
*Hopefully our parents (my and my sister's parents, I mean) can join us also*

How about you?
Any plans for spending your holidays?

Happy holidays all :)
Have fun!!

My Hubby ^^

Whoaaa... It's been so long since my last post >.<
It's almost 2 months; don't realize it, hehe..
Anyway, just drop some words to share my feeling since I have my hubby ^^

Well, we get close as friends less than a month until he confessed his feeling to me and asked me to be his girl friend. *Blushing*
On our first month anniversary this early October, he bought me a bouquet of roses.
There were 8 red roses that represented our 'sacred' date, 1 pink rose that represented the first month of our anniversary and the total 9 roses that represented our 'sacred' month.
That was sooooo sweet and roman
tic of him. *Love you heaps, beyb*

I feel extremely lucky for meeting, knowing and having him ^^
Thanks God for one more bless that You gives to me.
Hope we can be together forever, amen.

A Holiday Story of My Sister, Anye

On the last August 2-17, 2009, my sister, Anye, went for a holiday to West Kalimantan. Well, it's actually not totally just for the leisure that she did but she also did such a practical learning in a clinic, named Asri, in a village called Sukadana.

There is a beach there, which my sister said has no name. She also says that the beach is beautiful, especially at night where there will be many stars up in the sky and some glowing plankton in the sea; you can even cycle there in the morning or evening ^^

Here's a photo of the sunset in the beach:

Here's another photo of the silhouette of my sister and some people there:
(Can you guess the word they tried to make??)

Some photos of the life of two children in a place near Sukadana:

Several days before she went home, she and several people there went to an area that looks more like a jungle for me but she said it is not a jungle after all (so what should we call this area then, huh??). The area's name is Lubuk Baji; it's located around 30 minutes from Sukadana by car.

Here is a photo of Lubuk Baji when the sun shines:

Some of the trees have the long and strong roots in which people can sit on them, just like what they did:

Interested??
Contact my sister for further information then ^^

More Exhibitions in Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan

I went to two exhibitions in JCC, Senayan last Sunday afternoon.
The first one was the creativity exhibition (I took some pics of the creativeness) and the second one was the national food exhibition (yummy...).

*It's such a creative idea using these wooden puppets as the replacement of the mannequins*

*Traditional wooden puppets in modern clothing style*

*The traditional process of drawing pictures on a fabric,
later is called "batik"*

FUTURE CLOTHES??

A FUTURE HANDBAG??

*Curious who'll win "the battle", hahaha*

A delicious bomb (filled with salmon), slurp =p

Whoaaaaa.....
I miss eating this "bomb"; it's such a delicious "bomb". It'll 'blow up' deep in your stomach after you digest it, hehehe...

So, it's basically a kind of sushi but the rice is in a bigger size (as you can see) then they fill in some raw salmon (or tuna, as you can choose) with some special chili sauce inside it and last but not least, they covered the rice with small pieces of seaweed. Voila! You can enjoy the delicacy of this "bomb". Yummyyyyy.....

Try this "bomb salmon sushi" (don't remember the exact name but it's something like this) in Kiyadon Japanese Restaurant, Taman Anggrek Mall ^^
